Applied Learning Module (ApLM) Programme
Applied Learning Module (ApLM) Programme
The Applied Learning Module (ApLM) Programme enriches the
Normal course curriculum by offering students hands-on, applied learning
experiences that deepen learning through real-world relevance and help
shape their educational and career pathways.
Its rationale includes:
-
Extending and building on existing Normal course learning objectives through applied learning.
-
Introducing students to possible post-secondary educational courses.
-
Exposing students to various career paths.
This programme aligns with MOE’s vision of learning by doing, learning about the real world,
and learning for life, enabling students to connect theory
with practice, appreciate authenticity in learning, and develop lifelong
dispositions of resilience and adaptability.
